LOSC — Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 April 2026 · Version 1.0

LOSC (Life Operating System Caduceus) is operated by Ntemis Latsoudis for personal single-user use. These terms govern the operator’s own use of the software they wrote.

1. Single-user scope

LOSC is not offered as a service to any third party. There are no customers, no accounts, no paid tiers. These Terms exist primarily to satisfy Google’s OAuth verification requirement that every published app publish a Terms-of-Service document.

2. No warranty

LOSC is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator accepts all risk associated with using software they wrote themselves against their own data.

3. Acceptable use

The operator will not use LOSC to violate any applicable law, Google’s API Services User Data Policy, or the rights of third parties who may appear in the data LOSC processes (e.g., email senders, calendar attendees, contact list entries).

4. Third parties in the data

Email, calendar events, and contacts inevitably contain information about third parties who have not consented to LOSC. The operator treats this data as if it were stored in a standard email client — read, summarised for personal use, never redistributed or published without the third party’s knowledge and consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable to himself for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of LOSC.

6. Termination

The operator may stop using LOSC at any time by revoking Google access and deleting the local database.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute is resolved by the operator sitting down with himself.

8. Changes to these Terms

The operator may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here.
