Ntemis Latsoudis is the Managing Partner of L+A and a second-generation lawyer. He has been part of the firm since 1993, first as an intern before his law studies, and has led it since 2002.
He holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. in European Law and International Business Law from the University of Manchester (2001). He is a member of the Piraeus Bar and a Solicitor of England & Wales.
His practice is commercial and corporate law. He acts as outside counsel to Greek and international companies and groups, with particular work in legal strategy, legal risk management and legal technology. Languages: Greek, English.

Apollon Latsoudis is a Senior Partner of L+A and a second-generation lawyer, with more than twenty years of experience in commercial and corporate law. He heads the firm's data privacy and compliance practice.
He read law in Athens and in the United Kingdom and holds law degrees from both. He has worked on more than ninety GDPR compliance projects for Greek companies and public bodies, serves as Data Protection Officer for client companies and acts as external counsel to foreign companies. Sophia Sismanoglou is a Partner of L+A, working in the firm's business and compliance practice. She has more than fifteen years of experience in regulatory compliance and data protection law, mainly for large companies and institutions.

George E. Latsoudis practised law for 56 years. He graduated in law from the University of Athens and trained at Arvanitis & Andreopoulos in Piraeus, the practice from which the firm descends. He was admitted to the Piraeus Bar in September 1970 and spent his first years in marine litigation.
He took an LL.M. at the University of London (1974) and worked for a year as legal counsel at the London office of the P&I club Oceanus Mutual. Back in Piraeus, he was admitted to the Court of Appeal in 1976 and to the Supreme Court in 1991. As Senior Partner and administrator of the firm, he practised at L+A until 2026.
